EDF Trading are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Workday and HR Systems expert to join the Reward team. Reporting to the HR Systems & Data Lead you will play a key role in developing our systems and help to define our processes and best practice. You will work very closely with wider global HR teams and you will have ownership of key projects globally.

Main Responsibilities
HR Systems Management
- Maintain Workday configuration, security roles and governance standards to meet business requirements
- Support with non workday applications used in the HR/Reward function
- Manage system releases, enhancements, module optimisation and functionality improvements across Workday
- Support regular system audits and data quality reviews
Business Process & Configuration
- Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Design, test and implement Workday business processes, workflows and automation initiatives
- Recommend process improvements leveraging system capabilities and industry best practice
Data Management & Governance
- Maintain high standards of data integrity across HR systems
- Develop and implement data validation, reconciliation and quality controls
- Support compliance with GDPR and internal data governance requirements
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce and maintain Workday reports, dashboards and analytics for HR, Reward, Payroll, Finance and senior leadership
- Support regulatory and statutory reporting requirements
Reward, Payroll and Benefits Support
- Support compensation, bonus, salary review, promotion and incentive plan processes within Workday
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate HR data feeds, integrations and benefits administration requirements
Testing & Change Management
- Lead testing activities for upgrades, enhancements and projects, including UAT coordination and test documentation
- Support change management, adoption and user readiness for new system capabilities
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between HR and Technology teams for HR systems matters
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners
- Provide training and guidance on Workday functionality and reporting

Project Delivery
- Support HR transformation initiatives, system implementations, integrations and upgrades
- Contribute to project planning, requirements gathering and solution design, ensuring delivery in line with governance and change management standards
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Experience administering or supporting Workday in a medium to large organization
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Experience of system testing and change management
- Experience engaging and training stakeholders on system solutions
- Experience producing reports and analysing HR data
- Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
- Experience with Workday Compensation, Advanced Reporting, Prism Analytics or Extend
- Experience supporting payroll and reward processes
- Knowledge of HR data governance and GDPR requirements
- Experience with HR system implementations or transformation programmes
- Familiarity with integration tools and data interfaces
- Workday certification

Hours & Place of Work
8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. However, the candidate will be expected to be flexible to meet project deadlines. EDF Trading has a flexible office/remote working policy. This role requires a minimum of three days per week in our London office.
