Day Rate: Negotiable (Β£450 – Β£550/day target) πŸ’°

Role Overview

An experienced Workday Contractor is required to take ownership of end-to-end support, functional enhancements, and system optimisation across our global Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.

Operating remotely as an independent specialist, you will act as a senior functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), handling complex escalations, gathering business requirements, executing data migrations, and delivering system improvements across international markets.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

  • Functional Delivery & Maintenance: Own the ongoing setup, configuration tweaks, and functional support for Workday Absence and Time Tracking. βš™οΈ
  • Requirements & Optimization: Gather user requirements, map processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and translate business needs into Workday technical solutions. πŸ“‹
  • Testing & Releases: Design test strategies, write comprehensive test scripts, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate new Workday feature releases. πŸ§ͺ
  • Data Management: Plan and execute mass data cleanses and complex EIB uploads. πŸ“Š
  • Senior Escalations: Troubleshoot complex 2nd/3rd line technical issues within the Absence and Time Tracking space, resolving root causes within defined service standards. πŸ› οΈ
  • Integrations & Pay Alignment: Liaise with integration specialists and payroll teams to ensure seamless data flow across global pay cycles. πŸ’³

  • Strong, hands-on functional configuration experience in Workday Absence and Workday Time Tracking. βœ…
