We are looking for a Workday Technical Services Lead to define, build, and scale our technical capability within the Workday practice.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on AI-driven innovation, platform extensibility, and next-generation Workday technologies.
You will lead the technical vision across integrations, security, data, and Workday AI, ensuring delivery excellence while shaping future-ready solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, you will drive innovation, build high-performing teams, and position the practice at the forefront of Workday and AI advancements.

Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
- Define and execute the Workday technical strategy, driving AI-enabled innovation, automation, and emerging technologies
- Establish and evolve the roadmap across Workday AI, Extend, Prism Analytics, and integrations
- Provide architectural oversight for implementations and AMS, ensuring best practice, security, and high-quality delivery
- Champion standardisation, automation, and scalable frameworks/accelerators
- Advise clients on adopting Workday AI, analytics, and advanced platform capabilities
- Drive innovation through Extend, AI-enhanced solutions, and enterprise integrations
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing technical team and capability
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting architecture discussions, pre-sales, and solution design
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for senior stakeholders
- Strengthen the Workday partnership and stay ahead of platform innovations and industry trends
Must have Skills Required
- Extensive hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, PECI, Core Connectors), reporting, and security
- Proven experience embedding AI or automation into Workday or enterprise systems
- Strong track record leading technical teams in Workday implementations or AMS
- Deep understanding of Workday architecture and cross-functional dependencies
- Experience in integration design and business process alignment
- Strong ERP knowledge and understanding of enterprise system concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior audiences
- Strong problem-solving mindset with both analytical and creative thinking
- Experience mentoring teams and developing junior consultants
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint

Other Qualifications/Skills that will be beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Workday certifications (Integrations, Studio, Extend)
- Knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, APIs, automation platforms)
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Extend
- Exposure to enterprise AI integration strategies
- Experience contributing to innovation, accelerators, or reusable frameworks
