Workday Financials Test Lead
I'm helping a leading insurer find a Workday Financials Test Lead to join for defining, managing, and delivering the end-to-end testing strategy for the Workday Finance implementation programme, covering Workday Financials, Accounting Centre, integrations, and data migration.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Test Lead will oversee all testing phases including:

- Systems Integration Testing (SIT1 and SIT2)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Regression testing
- Cutover readiness
The role will ensure that the solution is fully validated against business requirements, regulatory obligations, and operational processes prior to go-live.

- Experience of Workday financials
- Experience in leading the testing throughout the implementation lifecycle
Work Arrangement
The role is hybrid working with 1 or 2 days a week in the London office, it's an inside IR35 role with a lucrative day rate and for an initial 6 months. If interested please get in touch.
