Responsibilities
- Willing to travel globally to help the clients in their facilities
- Capacity to react and plan in a fast-changing environment often at short notice
- Familiarity with linear as well as non-linear workflow requirements in the news multimedia arena
- First-rate communication, collaboration, and persuasion skills
- Considerable Production Management and/or Unit Manager experience, delivering a range of ability to manage both interpersonal and customer relationships effectively
- Exemplary leadership skills combined with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams

Key Tasks
- Create and regularly adjust and update the workflow boards based on the customer feedbacks and/or product development
- Conduct Training for customers on location, adjust and update the workflow boards based on the customer feedbacks and/or product development
- Experience with technical workflows (NRCS solutions, broadcast video editing, online collaborative production tools, remote friendly and modern software solutions)
- Building and launching TV shows, channels, and newsrooms
- Survey user experience and develop solutions to meet the needs of the various Clients
- Understanding the workflow perspectives, challenges, and implications for both production and editorial departments

Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct workflow studies and shadowing client users to document As-Is workflows
- Design To-Be workflows to address the issues present in As-Is Workflows
- Present, communicate, and train large groups of users
