Workforce Analyst

Salary: £46k + Benefits
Location: 1x a month in Leeds Office - Remote
Type: Permanent Role

The Role:

  • Lead analytical programmes supporting workforce, pay and reward strategies.
  • Develop workforce models and financial forecasting to support business decision-making.
  • Create "what-if" scenarios to assess the impact of policy and workforce changes.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Produce clear reports, dashboards and analytical outputs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the development of workforce intelligence, planning and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven experience analysing large and complex datasets.
  • Strong workforce, people, financial or operational analytics experience.
  • Experience developing predictive models and scenario analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience with Python, R, SPSS or similar analytical tools.
  • Power BI or other data visualisation experience.
  • Previous leadership or line management experience.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, pay, reward or employment-related analytics.
  • Experience working with large public sector or healthcare datasets.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
