Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You do not need to be a contingent workforce or M&A specialist.

What is important is that you’re highly confident working with complex data and understand the basic differences between permanent employees, temporary workers and contingent workers/contractors.

What you’ll be doing

  • Gather, review, clean and validate workforce data from multiple sources.
  • Use Excel to reconcile datasets, identify discrepancies and maintain accurate trackers.
  • Review worker information including employment/engagement type, supplier, tenure, rates and contract dates.
  • Identify missing, conflicting or inaccurate information and work with stakeholders to resolve it.
  • Ensure workers are correctly identified as permanent employees, temporary workers, contingent workers or other engagement types.
  • Support the migration and updating of worker information across HR and vendor-management systems.
  • Work closely with the Contingent Workforce Lead, MSP, staffing suppliers and internal teams.
  • Track onboarding, extensions, renewals, documentation and offboarding activity.
  • Maintain weekly reporting, status trackers and issue logs.
  • Escalate data quality, worker classification or compliance concerns where appropriate.
  • Maintain clear, accurate and audit-ready workforce records throughout the transition.
