Job Title: Workforce Data & Systems Analyst

Department: People & HR

Office Location: Guildhall, London EC2

Salary: £50,860 - £56,920 inclusive of all allowances

Contractual hours: 35 hours per week

Hours of Work/Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:15am – 5:00pm.

Basis: Full -Time, Permanent

Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for people data, HR systems, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst to join our People & HR Department to provide expertise in SAP modules and ensure SAP enables the People & HR Department to deliver a world-class service.

About the Role

As a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and developing our HR Information Systems, supporting the ongoing embedding and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors.

Working across systems, you'll identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance system capabilities and maximise the benefits of our workforce technology landscape.

You'll also support the department's Access to Information (AIN) representative, helping to promote transparency and compliance with data-related policies and legislative requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Support the ongoing optimisation, adoption and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related workforce systems.
  • Work within the team to support management of workforce data, reporting and processes across both SAP SuccessFactors and our legacy system (iTrent) during the remaining transition period, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and business continuity.
  • Act as a lead for workforce systems and data-related projects, managing system enhancements, priorities and improvement roadmaps.
  • Promote data integrity, governance and compliance with data protection regulations and corporate standards.
  • Provide advice on workforce reporting, system integration, data management and process improvement.
  • Manage and optimise system configuration, workflows, security roles and data structures across workforce systems.
  • Provide first-line technical support, user training and system documentation.
  • Develop guidance and support users to maximise the value of workforce systems and self-service functionality.
  • Share best practice and keep abreast of developments in workforce systems, analytics and digital HR services.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with HR/Payroll systems (preferably Success Factors)
  • SFX Accreditation in multiple modules (desirable)
  • Additional experience of iTrent and Business Intelligence 4 (BI4) reporting is desirable
  • Experience in system administration, data security and integration, and training delivery
  • Analytical, numerical and data visualisation skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good understanding of HR policies and employment legislation
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and lead on system-related projects
