37.5 hours per week - up to 18-month fixed term contract (with flexible working to cover occasional evenings and weekends according to service need)

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to local strategy, developing and leading activity to improve employment outcomes for unpaid carers across Thurrock. The role will work directly with employers, carers and partners across the voluntary, community, public and private sectors, to create workplaces that better understand and support people with caring responsibilities.
If you have an understanding of the challenges faced by unpaid carers, are influential, able to turn ideas into practical action, coupled with experience of delivering projects or improvement initiatives, partnership working, facilitating engagement activities and monitoring/delivering agreed outcomes, we want to hear from you!
