Job Title

This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity for an experienced operational leader to join Clinical Partners as we continue to grow our contingent clinician workforce.

We're looking for someone who can lead and develop a high-performing team, drive operational excellence through KPIs and SLAs, and use data and insight to support informed decision-making. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be confident balancing service delivery, quality, compliance and stakeholder expectations.

Whilst experience within onboarding, compliance, credentialing or workforce administration would be beneficial, we are equally interested in candidates who have successfully led operational teams within regulated environments and can demonstrate strong leadership, performance management and continuous improvement experience.

Reporting to the Head of Clinician Workforce Operations, you will lead a Team Leader and a team of administrators responsible for clinician onboarding and compliance, ensuring an efficient, scalable and high-quality service that supports our continued growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and influence a growing function within a rapidly expanding healthcare organisation. You'll have the autonomy to improve processes, develop team capability, enhance performance and make a visible impact on both the clinician and colleague experience.

This is a primarily remote role with monthly travel to our office in Semley and occasional travel to London for team meetings and business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Workforce Operations team.
  • Oversee clinician onboarding, compliance and workforce administration activities.
  • Manage operational performance through KPIs, SLAs and service delivery standards.
  • Use data, reporting and management information to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
  • Ensure workforce processes remain compliant, efficient and scalable as the organisation continues to grow.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, capacity challenges and process bottlenecks.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders across Workforce Planning, Clinician Supply and Clinical Operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency and stakeholder experience.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, processes and ways of working.
  • Ensure accurate records, documentation and audit trails are maintained.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We're looking for a strong operational leader with experience managing teams, driving performance and improving processes within a regulated environment.

You don't need to have previously managed an onboarding or compliance function. More important is your ability to lead people, use data and insight to make informed decisions, manage performance through KPIs and SLAs, and deliver continuous improvement.

Experience within healthcare would be beneficial, but we also welcome applications from candidates who have worked within other regulated sectors such as education, defence, aviation or financial services.

Essential

  • Proven experience leading operational teams within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing performance through KPIs, SLAs and operational objectives.
  • Confidence using data, reporting and performance metrics to support decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Experience producing and interpreting dashboards, reports and management information.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and make sound operational decisions.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment and understanding how regulatory and compliance requirements impact operational processes and service delivery.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and service excellence.
