Frazer Jones is partnering with a growing healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced Workforce Operations Manager to lead a high-volume onboarding, compliance and workforce administration function.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the organisation maintains the highest standards of workforce compliance, governance and operational excellence. Managing a specialist team, you’ll oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring clinicians are cleared efficiently and compliantly while maintaining a strong focus on service delivery, audit readiness and continuous improvement.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a highly organised operational leader who combines strong people management skills with a deep understanding of compliance within a CQC-regulated environment. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across onboarding and compliance operations, managing risk, improving processes and ensuring the business remains fully compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing onboarding and compliance team.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and clearance process for a large workforce.
- Ensure compliance processes align with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain audit readiness and oversee internal and external compliance audits.
- Monitor operational KPIs, service levels and team performance.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage workforce administration and compliance activity within agreed SLAs.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Produce and analyse operational reports to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing onboarding, compliance, workforce operations or people operations teams.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience operating within a regulated healthcare environment.
- A track record of managing high-volume administrative and compliance processes.
- Experience preparing for and supporting CQC inspections and audits.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to analyse data, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
