About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Workforce Optimisation Analyst. Join our Workforce Transformation team and help shape a more efficient, effective and strategically aligned workforce within CTO. Working with senior stakeholders, country HR representatives and programme teams, you’ll support business planning, management information, governance and transformation initiatives across a complex global organisation.
You’ll help to deliver the Workforce Transformation Strategy and its benefits. You’ll analyse workforce and business information, support resource plans, ensure activities meet regulatory requirements and contribute to practical solutions that improve performance—while taking the lead on selected projects in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Workforce Transformation Strategy and related benefits across CTO
- Assist with business initiatives and activities that support strategic objectives
- Contribute to financial, technology and workforce planning
- Analyse management and performance information to support senior management decisions
- Prepare for and participate in relevant forums and committees, representing business-area priorities
- Support the development, implementation and monitoring of internal governance activities.
- Investigate workforce and operational issues, recommending practical solutions to improve performance
- Collaborate with country HR representatives and programme teams to support workforce plans, share reporting and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Strong Workforce management experience within banking or financial services is essential
- Must have experience using the Pioneer workforce management tool, alongside other workforce planning and management systems
- Proven experience in handling HR resource-related queries and providing timely, effective support to colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop effective solutions.
- Strategic thinking and commercial awareness, with the ability to identify innovative approaches
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a changing environment
