Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week) Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Grade: SC2 Salary: £42,642 Location: Bircham or Peterborough

About the Role
Behind every excellent customer experience lies a well-planned operation. As our Workforce Planning and Performance Lead, you will:
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the right workforce is in place at the right time, enabling Customer Operations teams to deliver outstanding service across the construction industry.
- Combine strategy and data-driven insight:
- Forecast future demand and identify emerging trends.
- Work with operational leaders to transform complex data into practical decisions that enhance performance, productivity and customer outcomes.
- Become the trusted expert in:
- Workforce planning
- Resource forecasting
- Performance reporting
- Ensure CITB remains agile, responsive, and ready for the future by leveraging:
- Analytical expertise
- Strong stakeholder relationships
- Empower teams with the necessary information, resources, and support for success.
