The primary objective
To support the delivery of best possible care for patients at both George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust (GEH) and South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT).
You will play a key role in developing and delivering strategic workforce plans to ensure both Trusts have the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time.

You will work alongside People, Education and Finance colleagues to be the subject matter expert in workforce planning and transformation, with the ultimate aim of improving our People Practices.
You will lead on our people planning approach, shaping organisational strategy and contributing regionally and nationally.
This role works across both GEH and SWFT. Working from home is supported although attendance at on-site meetings will be expected as required.
