About the Role
We’re reshaping Workforce Planning and Performance Management with out-of-the-box Workforce Applications and embedded Anaplan Intelligence, delivering faster, data-driven insights for global enterprises. As a Domain Expert within Anaplan’s Workforce Center of Excellence, you will:
- Serve as a trusted leader and subject matter expert, shaping the future of Workforce solutions.
- Drive consulting, sales, and ecosystem enablement by translating technical expertise into compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to pioneer solutions that address critical customer challenges.
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic specialist with deep Workforce Planning expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Enable Sales & Ecosystem Growth
- Create and deliver sales plays, ROI insights, customer stories, and enablement content (training, demos, battlecards) for internal teams and partners.
- Scale knowledge-sharing initiatives and functional education across the Anaplan ecosystem.
- Drive Customer-Centric Solutions
- Align Workforce Applications presentations with prospect/customer needs through discovery workshops, solution mapping, and stakeholder insights.
- Incorporate Anaplan’s portfolio of Connected Planning applications into client engagements.
- Competitive & Thought Leadership
- Partner with Competitive Intelligence to refine Anaplan’s positioning, value propositions, battlecards, and win reports.
- Represent Anaplan at internal/external events, market analyst interactions, website blogs, and social media content.
- Support Sales Execution
- Act as a functional expert during key sales opportunities, guiding prospects through adoption best practices.
- Provide actionable feedback from the field to optimize Anaplan’s Workforce Applications.
- Metrics Trends Successful adoption of enablement by Anaplan Teams. Volume of presentations, demos, and supporting activities. Dollar value of sales including Workforce Applications. Feedback from Sales/CS teams on messaging and impact.

Requirements
- Core Expertise
- Proven strategic/advisory experience in SaaS/enterprise software, ideally in workforce planning (strategic, operational, headcount levels).
- Understanding of product management, GTM operations, and enablement, including stakeholder mapping and objection handling.
- Skill Set
- Team leadership ability with a focus on mondification.
- Exceptional consultative communication, including product demos, content creation, and enablement program development.
- Collaborative Mindset
- Collaborates across Anaplan’s ecosystem with a results-driven orientation.
