Job Role: Workfront Consultant
Location: London
The Opportunity
Join a leading digital consultancy as a Workfront Technical Consultant, helping organisations transform their marketing operations through innovative Adobe Workfront solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major clients, lead solution design discussions and deliver high-impact projects that improve efficiency, collaboration, and business outcomes.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder management skills to help clients maximise the value of their Adobe ecosystem and broader marketing technology investments.

Key Responsibilities of a Workfront Technical Consultant
- Lead client engagements to understand business challenges and define tailored Workfront solutions
- Design, configure, and implement Adobe Workfront Core, Planning, and Fusion solutions
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and roadmap discussions with stakeholders
- Advise clients on integrating Workfront with broader MarTech platforms, AI tools, and automation solutions
- Lead technical teams through solution delivery and implementation
- Design and oversee Workfront Fusion automations and integrations
- Ensure solutions are scalable, effective, and drive user adoption
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For in a Workfront Technical Consultant
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront
- Strong expertise across Workfront Core, Planning, and Fusion
- Experience delivering Workfront solutions within a consultancy, agency, or client-facing environment
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and creative workflows
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and automation platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead solution design workshops and client discussions
- Strong problem-solving and delivery capabilities

Desirable Experience
- Adobe Workfront certifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products including AEM, Assets, Analytics, or Campaign
- Exposure to AI-driven workflows and intelligent automation
- Background in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, or Digital Transformation
