📢 We’re Hiring – Working Foreman 📍 Location: Tarporley, Cheshire 💷 Rate: £280 per day
Honeyman Developments Ltd is looking for an experienced Working Foreman, preferably from a joinery background, to join our team on an upcoming project in Tarporley.
The successful candidate will take a hands-on role while overseeing the day-to-day running of the site and reporting directly to our Project Managers.
Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out joinery and general construction duties
- Coordinating trades and daily site activities
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard
- Reporting progress and any site issues to the Project Managers
- Keeping all site paperwork accurate and up to date
- Completing daily site records, inductions and toolbox talks
- Monitoring health and safety compliance
- Assisting with deliveries, materials and programme requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised site

Essential requirements:
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Preferably from a strong joinery background
- A valid SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
- A valid First Aid qualification
- A valid CSCS card
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Own tools and transport
