📍 North Yorkshire
💰 £47,000 DOE + Company Vehicle + Fuel + Overtime
James Ford Construction are looking for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join our team and oversee our groundworks operations across residential and commercial projects throughout North Yorkshire.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage the day-to-day running of a site while working alongside and supporting our groundworks teams.
What we’re looking for:
- SSSTS required – SMSTS would be ideal
- Strong experience in drainage, roads, sewers, and foundations
- Relevant plant tickets
- Ability to read and understand drawings and levels
- Experience with RAMS and toolbox talks
- Experience managing gangs and coordinating site activities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to getting the job done
