We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Site Supervisor to join an established team on projects in the Wrexham area.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, suited to someone with strong construction experience who is confident leading a team while also getting involved with site activities when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors.
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure works remain on programme.
- Work hands-on alongside the team when required.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and to the required standard.
- Conduct toolbox talks and site briefings.
- Monitor materials, plant and equipment.
- Liaise with project managers and other site personnel.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety and site housekeeping.
- Identify and resolve issues on site promptly.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Working Supervisor, Foreman or similar.
- Strong practical construction experience.
- SSSTS – essential.
- Relevant CSCS card – essential.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
- Relevant trade qualifications are advantageous.
- NVQ Level 3/4, SMSTS and First Aid are desirable.
