Role Description

As part of the Onsite & App team, you will support the growth and optimization of the zooplus app across Europe. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, Analytics, and Design teams to improve the app experience and drive customer engagement.

  • Support app growth initiatives aimed at increasing app adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Assist with App Store Optimization (ASO), including keyword research, store content updates, and localization reviews.
  • Monitor app performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of app campaigns and promotions.
  • Prepare reports and analyses to track app performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to support content creation, research, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student for at least six more months in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in mobile apps, e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer growth.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Available for working minimum 20 hours a week for at least 6 months
