Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Activation Manager in planning, developing, and executing seasonal brand activation campaigns for the UK market.
  • Contribute to integrated go-to-market planning by helping to coordinate cross-channel launches and ensuring consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in the creation of PR materials, including agency briefings, press releases, presentations, and internal reports.
  • Conduct research on consumer trends, market developments, competitors, and relevant media, community, and celebrity targets to support campaign planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital team to support the affiliate media programme and other marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage product samples with agency partners, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely availability for campaigns and PR activities.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for brand activation projects, including ordering samples, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with events and other day-to-day activities.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a comparable field.
  • A strong interest in brand marketing, PR, fashion, and lifestyle trends, combined with a passion for premium brands.
  • You enjoy working in a structured and proactive way, have excellent organizational skills, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and external partners.
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office; experience with Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Acrobat) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are required. Additional language skills, such as German, French, or Spanish, are considered an advantage.
