- Device and identity management
- Access control
- SaaS tooling, automation, and IT processes
- Standards, compliance, and operational efficiency across countries and locations

We’re looking for two Working Students to join our team and grow alongside us.
Responsibilities
As a Working Student in Corporate IT, you will:
- Support laptop and device lifecycle (setup, allocation, offboarding)
- Assist with onboarding and access provisioning
- Help document IT processes and workflows
- Support SaaS tools like:
- Google Workspace
- Okta
- Jamf
- Slack
- Jira (and others)
- Assist with audits, compliance checks, and IT inventory
- Contribute to process improvements and small automation tasks
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Provide day-to-day IT operations support for the Berlin office and international locations
Requirements
To join our team, you should:
- Be enrolled as a student (preferably studying IT, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field)
- Have curiosity about IT operations in a commercial environment
- Be reliable, structured, proactive, and open to learning
- Enjoy developing new skills and adapting to tools and processes
- Take ownership of tasks and feel comfortable asking questions
- Be proficient in English (knowledge of German is a plus, but not mandatory)
