Hours: 20 Hours per Week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Shift Times: 05:30am to 09:30am
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Working Supervisor to join our team at CCCG Enfield, EN3 5HA.
This is a hands-on role combining cleaning duties with supervisory responsibilities. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained while supporting and supervising the onsite cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining service standards, conducting quality checks, and ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

- Carry out general cleaning duties to a high standard.
- Supervise and support cleaning operatives on site.
- Ensure all cleaning schedules and tasks are completed.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and spot checks.
- Report any maintenance, health and safety, or site issues.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used correctly.
- Promote safe working practices and company procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to team members where required.
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service and professionalism.
Essential Requirements
- Previous cleaning and supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Right to work in the UK.
