About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and technically minded Workpack Engineer to join our project delivery team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining high-quality workpacks that support safe, efficient, and compliant execution of site activities. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed workpacks covering scope, materials, drawings, procedures, and execution plans.
- Liaise with engineering, planning, construction, and HSE teams to ensure workpacks are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
- Review engineering deliverables and translate them into clear, executable work instructions.
- Ensure all workpacks comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
- Track progress, update documentation, and support change management processes.
- Provide technical support during work execution and resolve documentation-related queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve workpack processes, templates, and workflows.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Workpack Engineer, Construction Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with workpack systems, planning tools, and document management platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workpacks simultaneously.

Qualifications
- HNC/HND or degree in Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
- Site-based experience is advantageous (if relevant to your industry).
- Valid Safety Passport is required.
