We're looking for a Workplace Assistant to support the delivery of an exceptional workplace experience within a professional services environment, acting as a key ambassador for both Mitie and our client while ensuring operational excellence, outstanding service, and a welcoming workplace for colleagues, clients, and visitors.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver workplace and soft services across the site, ensuring all environments are maintained to a professional, safe, and welcoming standard.
- Manage workplace issues and work orders through internal systems, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct workplace inspections and audits, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting corrective actions where required.
- Support workplace initiatives, office moves, onboarding activities, communications, and employee engagement events.
- Collaborate with internal service teams and external suppliers to deliver a seamless, world-class workplace experience.

What We're Looking For
- Experience within workplace, facilities management, hospitality, customer service, or corporate environments.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below-defined requirements for the role:
- Good level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working in a customer-facing or workplace support role.
