Workplace Change Consultant
London | Hybrid
£55-60K + bonus and benefits
Bespoke Talent is working with a global real estate consultancy to recruit a Workplace Change Consultant for its strategic consulting team.
You’ll help clients and their employees understand, prepare for and adopt changes to where and how they work. Joining a supportive, ideas-focused team, you’ll become a key contact for change projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing change, communications and engagement plans.
- Assessing stakeholder needs, change impacts and readiness.
- Facilitating workshops, interviews and focus groups.
- Turning employee insight into practical recommendations and clear communications.
- Supporting office moves and new ways of working, measuring engagement and adoption.

What you’ll bring:
- Around 3–5 years’ relevant experience in change management, transformation or employee engagement.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Confidence managing multiple activities, deadlines and client deliverables.
- A proactive, organised approach and willingness to get involved in the detail.
- Workplace or real estate experience is desirable, but candidates from broader organisational, technology or business transformation backgrounds are welcome.
- Prosci or APMG qualifications are advantageous, rather than essential.
- There’s also scope to contribute to wider workplace strategy and space projects if your experience spans both areas.
