Workplace Concierge / Coordinator

Location: Cardiff City Centre

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (inc 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day)

Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour

Join Our Workplace Experience Team

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Workplace Concierge / Coordinator to join our fantastic team at the Cardiff headquarters of a leading corporate client.

This is a varied and people-focused role where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Assistant Estates & Facilities Manager, you will work closely with a supportive onsite team to ensure colleagues have an exceptional workplace experience and can focus on their day with minimal disruption.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as a key point of contact for colleagues and visitors
  • Providing workplace support and resolving day-to-day queries
  • Setting up, resetting, and maintaining meeting rooms and collaborative spaces
  • Supporting workplace events and employee engagement activities
  • Ensuring office areas remain professional, organised, and presentable
  • Assisting with facilities-related requests and escalating issues where required
  • Helping colleagues with workstation and desk setup support
  • Working collaboratively with the wider workplace and facilities team
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the workplace experience and proactively suggesting solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A positive, approachable, and professional attitude
  • Previous experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, workplace, facilities, or office support roles
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of workplace technology and desk setups
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy office environment
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to get involved wherever needed
  • A genuine passion for creating great workplace experiences
