🌟 Workplace Concierge | Creative & Design | £30,000 | Central London

Calling ambitious grads and early-career superstars!

I'm working with one of London's most exciting creative businesses to find a brilliant Workplace Concierge to join their brand-new flagship HQ.

This is so much more than a traditional reception role. You'll be part of a newly created Workplace team responsible for making sure every employee, client, and visitor has an exceptional experience – think boutique hotel or members' club service within a seriously impressive creative office environment.

You'll be the kind of person who notices the little things before anyone else does. Whether you're welcoming a senior client, preparing for an important pitch, helping coordinate an event, getting a meeting room absolutely perfect, or spotting something around the building that needs fixing – you'll take ownership and make it happen.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
