Partnering with a Highly Regarded Workplace Design Studio

We're partnering with a highly regarded workplace design studio in their search for an engaging, outgoing front of house / workplace to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creating exceptional experiences and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Working within a beautifully designed office environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring employees, clients and visitors enjoy a seamless, welcoming and highly professional workplace experience.

The successful candidate will be the face of the business, helping to maintain the highest standards across the workplace while supporting a range of hospitality, front-of-house and operational activities.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional reception role. You'll be responsible for creating a concierge-style experience for visitors and employees alike, ensuring the workplace remains welcoming, organised, functional and visually impressive at all times.

Working closely with the Workplace Lead, you'll help deliver a first-class experience across meeting rooms, events, client visits, employee engagement initiatives and the day-to-day running of a busy and collaborative office environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
