Senior Workplace Consultant
Hybrid | London - £55-£60K + Bonus
Are you an experienced Workplace Strategy Consultant who enjoys leading client conversations, shaping workplace experience projects, and advising organisations on the future of work?
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing, collaborative workplace consultancy, working with an impressive range of clients across a variety of sectors.
You will take ownership of varied and interesting projects across:
- Workplace strategy and workplace experience
- Journey mapping and employee/user experience
- Real estate and workplace optimisation
- Client workshops and senior stakeholder engagement
- Research, insight, benchmarking, and data analysis
- Presentations, recommendations, and strategic workplace solutions

This role would suit someone who enjoys being client-facing and taking the lead. You will be the senior face of projects, supported by a small talented team of consultants and creatives, with the opportunity to help develop junior consultants as the team grows.
The ideal person will bring:
- Around 3+ years’ workplace strategy or workplace consultancy experience
- Confidence leading projects and running workshops
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
- A consultative, analytical, and creative approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, collaborative, and calm style
