Senior Workplace Consultant

Hybrid | London - £55-£60K + Bonus

Are you an experienced Workplace Strategy Consultant who enjoys leading client conversations, shaping workplace experience projects, and advising organisations on the future of work?

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing, collaborative workplace consultancy, working with an impressive range of clients across a variety of sectors.

You will take ownership of varied and interesting projects across:

  • Workplace strategy and workplace experience
  • Journey mapping and employee/user experience
  • Real estate and workplace optimisation
  • Client workshops and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Research, insight, benchmarking, and data analysis
  • Presentations, recommendations, and strategic workplace solutions

This role would suit someone who enjoys being client-facing and taking the lead. You will be the senior face of projects, supported by a small talented team of consultants and creatives, with the opportunity to help develop junior consultants as the team grows.

The ideal person will bring:

  • Around 3+ years’ workplace strategy or workplace consultancy experience
  • Confidence leading projects and running workshops
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills
  • A consultative, analytical, and creative approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, collaborative, and calm style
