Workplace Coordinator

Location: Lloyds Banking Group – Tusker, Watford

Salary: £40,000+ per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

Reporting to: Regional Front of House Manager

The Role

We are recruiting a proactive and highly organised Workplace Coordinator to join the Lloyds Banking Group – Tusker account in Watford. This is a new, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the visible, dependable go-to person for colleagues, visitors, contractors and service partners.

You will own the day-to-day coordination of the workplace, helping to keep the office safe, efficient, professional and welcoming. From guest services and shared spaces to facilities queries, supplies and meeting support, you will make sure the workplace runs smoothly and every interaction reflects a high standard of service.

This role combines workplace coordination, guest services and facilities support. It does not include direct people-management responsibility, but it offers real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to make a positive difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the Watford office, maintaining a safe, efficient, professional and welcoming environment.
  • Act as the visible point of contact for colleague, visitor and workplace queries, taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Manage visitor registration, passes, mail, couriers and reception activity in line with client requirements.
  • Complete floor walks, workplace inspections and service checks, reporting hazards, faults or concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, shared spaces, office supplies, local stock and basic AV support so they remain ready for use.
  • Work closely with facilities, maintenance, cleaning, security and other service partners to resolve issues and deliver a seamless workplace experience.

What We're Looking For

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
