About Radiant
Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native cloud platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale. Our infrastructure powers GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems designed for the most demanding environments.
We are not building a generic cloud. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure — from powered land, to compute, to software.
As we scale, we're building this organisation from the ground up. We're looking for people who'd rather build the playbook than inherit one — who are comfortable doing the work themselves as well as directing others, and who can adapt as fast as our strategy does. This is a startup model: attitude and adaptability matter more to us than years of experience or the size of the team you've previously managed.
About the role
Radiant is looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and support the wider team's day-to-day needs. This role blends two things: office management (space, supplies, vendors, facilities) and operations support (scheduling, correspondence, administrative processes). You'll be the first point of contact for the office and a key enabler for the rest of the team, working onsite/hybrid from our London office.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Workplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Maintains office supply stock (takes inventory, orders supply, and handles delivery) and manages local budget for orders.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the operations team and other departments as needed.

- Handle the compliance layer that sits under the agreements — liability cover for the spaces we occupy, the health and safety obligations each agreement places on us, DSE and home-working assessments, first aid and fire arrangements.
- Reviewing a vendor or office lease agreement and maintaining a single source of truth for each agreement — term dates, notice periods, break clauses, rent and service charge, desk counts, meeting-room credits, what is included and what is billed on top.
- Own the workplace budget: forecast it, track against it, and give Finance a clear view of committed spend and what is coming up for renewal.
Employee Experience & Culture

- Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership and cross-functional teams as needed.
- Partner with People Team and leadership to align culture initiatives with broader business goals and people strategy.
