Job Description Summary

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors attending site
  • Assist MS Amlin staff, including providing temporary access to the building
  • Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience, delivering a seamless customer journey
  • Achieve the highest standards of quality, service and presentation of the business, create valuable rapports with clients and maintain excellent professional relationships
  • Manage meeting room booking/changes/catering requests
  • Escort visitors to Broker’s Lounge Area, offer and prepare refreshments (hot/cold beverage)
  • Arrange necessary catering/ hospitality requirements for all meetings and events where necessary, with occasional assistance on client’s event required
  • Meeting Room Set ups ensuring the rooms are adequately stocked with stationery and requested equipment
  • Ensure Meeting Rooms are left tidy and clean for next meeting
  • Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally; record any messages accurately
  • Operating switchboard desk and follow internal procedures and SOP’s ; Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner ensuring that all messages are returned appropriately
  • Attend regular One to One review meetings
  • Help create a one team culture sharing best practice and attending regular team meetings
  • Understand and strictly adhere to Cushman & Wakefield procedures and protocols of the building with regards Health & Safety and Security measures
  • Log any Building faults/Issues with the Cushman & Wakefield Helpdesk
  • Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies
  • Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the contract
  • Cover for Facilities administrative duties, as and when required
