Workplace Coordinator

Location: London

Contract: Full-time

Role Overview

CBRE is recruiting a Workplace Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace operations at a high-profile commercial site. This role focuses on event coordination, hospitality, customer service, and site administration, ensuring a high-quality experience for building users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site events, meetings, and hospitality, including room bookings, set-ups, and checklists
  • Act as the main point of contact for event-related enquiries
  • Liaise with catering, AV, cleaning, IT, and engineering teams to support events and meetings
  • Monitor cleaning and presentation standards during events
  • Support catering operations, maintaining service quality and presentation
  • Assist with office moves, room changes, and workplace coordination
  • Provide administrative support, including stationery and meeting support
  • Support new starter and leaver processes
  • Maintain a strong customer service presence across the building
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and site procedures
