Job Title: Workplace Experience Host

Target Start Date: 10th September

Contract Type: Part Time, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:30–12:30.

Workplace Experience Host

As a Workplace Host, you will help create a welcoming, safe and productive workplace where colleagues, visitors and partners can thrive. Working as part of the Facilities team, you will provide professional operational support across a range of workplace services, ensuring our offices run smoothly and deliver a positive experience for everyone who uses them. You will take ownership of day-to-day workplace activities, build strong relationships across the business and continuously look for ways to improve processes, services and technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Experience delivering excellent customer service in a professional environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and workplace systems.
  • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling information and processes.
  • Able to use initiative, solve problems and make informed decisions independently.
  • Experience working collaboratively as part of a team while supporting shared goals.
  • Comfortable adapting to change and contributing to continuous improvement activities.
