A leading global technology organisation is seeking a Facilities & IT Workplace Experience Manager to oversee workplace operations across multiple UK locations. This is a varied, people-focused role combining Facilities Management, workplace services, and first-line IT support.

The Role

As the Facilities & IT Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll:

  • Act as the first point of contact for facilities, workplace, and basic IT support.
  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations across multiple office locations.
  • Ensure offices remain safe, clean, operational, and welcoming.
  • Manage suppliers, contractors, maintenance, and workplace services.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration technology are operational.
  • Provide basic first-line IT support for laptops, monitors, docks, and other equipment.
  • Coordinate new starter setups and workplace asset management.
  • Support Health & Safety, security, and workplace compliance.
  • Use employee feedback to continuously improve the workplace experience.
  • Support employee engagement and social activities across the business.

You To Be Successful, You’ll Bring

  • Around 5 years' experience within Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or Office Management.
  • Strong Customer Service and Employee Experience Skills.
  • Experience managing facilities across multiple locations.
  • Excellent supplier and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
  • Basic first-line IT support experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
