Office Manager / Operations Coordinator

Fuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy—fast. We combine first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. We’ve raised $170M from top-tier investors, including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group, and strategic angels like Nico Rosberg (Co-Founder of Solana), as well as general partners behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify, and Uber.

We’re creating a fully integrated energy company: from solar and wind project development, hydrogen projects, real-time power trading, to distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs, and pass on savings.

But we’re not stopping there. We’re building the Energy Network, a decentralised platform of smart devices that rewards users in Energy Dollars for electrifying their homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours, and helping balance the grid. This strengthens grid stability—a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
