Lead a Premium Workplace Operation And Experience

Are you ready for the next step in your Facilities Management career?

Signature, part of Mitie, is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Workplace & Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of workplace services within a prestigious corporate office environment in London.

This is far more than a traditional FM role. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of a premium workplace, creating an exceptional experience for employees, clients and visitors whilst ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence, compliance and Health & Safety. Working closely with client leadership teams, occupiers, service partners and workplace colleagues, you will play a visible role in shaping an environment where people can perform at their best.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 3-5 years' Facilities Management experience within a corporate workplace environment who is looking to broaden their experience, take ownership of a high-profile site and accelerate their career with one of the UK's leading workplace experience providers. The role provides significant responsibility for workplace compliance, risk management and safety leadership, making Health & Safety a key part of your remit.

About The Role

As Workplace & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of workplace services, ensuring the workplace remains safe, compliant, operationally excellent and consistently reflects the culture and expectations of the client.

You will oversee a range of workplace services including Front of House, Security, Cleaning and Waste, while acting as the primary point of contact for workplace operations, facilities matters and stakeholder engagement. Health & Safety will be a major focus of the role, requiring a proactive approach to compliance, risk management, contractor control and promoting a strong safety culture across the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of workplace and facilities services.
  • Manage Front of House, Security, Cleaning and Waste operations.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, occupiers, service partners and building management teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for workplace and facilities matters.
  • Lead workplace Health & Safety activities, including DSE assessments, risk assessments, audits, inspections and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate contractors, permits to work and safe working practices across the site.
  • Monitor operational performance, service standards and KPIs.
  • Produce operational, compliance and performance reporting.
  • Support workplace projects, moves and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the workplace remains safe, compliant, welcoming and presentation-ready at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
