Workplace & Facilities Manager
Location: Wimbledon, UK (on-site)
About 54Group
54 is a global sports and entertainment agency working with rights holders, governing bodies, brands and investors across Strategic Advisory, Asset Optimisation, and Activation & Engagement. We challenge conventional wisdom to turn the improbable into the unignorable.
Role Overview
The Workplace & Facilities Manager will take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of 54’s Wimbledon headquarters, creating a safe, welcoming and efficient workplace for colleagues, clients and visitors. This varied, hands-on role combines workplace and facilities management with first-line IT support, general team administration and occasional ad-hoc administration support to the Leadership Team. We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual who can work independently, use sound judgement and see tasks and issues through from start to finish.
Your core focus will be workplace and facilities management, alongside first-line IT support and HR team administration. You may, from time to time, be asked to provide ad-hoc administrative support for the Leadership Team when needed, with the trust to use your judgement, introduce improvements and follow actions through to completion.
You will bring practical workplace or facilities management experience and be comfortable working independently, prioritising competing demands and taking ownership from start to finish. Experience of first-line IT support and HR administration will help you succeed in this varied role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
