Workplace Health & Safety Coordinator, London – Contract

Initial 6 months | £300–£350 per day | Inside IR35 / Umbrella

A global technology company is looking for a Workplace Health & Safety Coordinator to support its London office, with a particular focus on employee wellbeing, ergonomics, DSE, and workplace risk management.

This is a hands-on role for someone with workplace Health & Safety experience who is comfortable supporting employees directly, completing assessments, maintaining H&S documentation, and working with internal teams and external workplace partners.

There are global offices which you will support, and flexible working times are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out DSE assessments and provide guidance on safe workstation setup.
• Complete ergonomic assessments, identifying adjustments to improve employee comfort and reduce workplace injury risks.
• Review workplace Health & Safety risk assessments and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Support wider workplace H&S processes, procedures, and compliance activities.
• Respond to employee workplace and H&S queries through the internal ticketing system.
• Liaise with global workplace teams and external partners on ergonomic, safety, and workplace matters.
• Identify potential workplace risks and ensure appropriate actions are followed through.
• Maintain records relating to DSE, ergonomics, risk assessments, and Health & Safety activity.
