A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a Workplace Host in Swansea to provide high-quality front-of-house support within a busy workplace environment.

The Role
As The Workplace Host, You’ll
- Greet and check in visitors, maintaining a professional reception presence.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, room setups and basic AV requirements.
- Support administrative tasks, record keeping and visitor logs.
- Follow site security, access control and health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with facilities teams to support smooth day-to-day site operations.

You
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and confident approach when dealing with visitors and colleagues.
- Basic IT skills, including email and calendar management.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Previous Facilities Management or workplace experience would be advantageous.
- Right to work in the UK and availability for contract work.
