35 hours, Monday–Friday between 7:00am – 5:30pm (shift pattern)

Bring the workplace to life
At Signature, brilliant workplace experiences do not happen by chance. As our Workplace Host (Help@Hand Ambassador), you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to help our Moorgate and Holborn buildings run seamlessly, rotating between locations with your teammates each month.
This is a visible, floor-based role for someone who brings positive energy, enjoys responsibility and takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming and beautifully run workplace for colleagues and guests.
You will be the trusted presence who connects people, services and spaces - keeping every detail moving and every experience unmistakably Signature.
What you'll bring to life
- Lead proactive floor walks, maintaining presentation, safety, equipment and workplace standards while identifying and following faults through to resolution
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager on daily priorities, health, safety and compliance checks, maintaining accurate records and helping both buildings run smoothly
- Connect facilities, cleaning, engineering, security, landlord partners and other workstreams, keeping teams aligned and services flowing
- Manage meeting room, collaboration and event space set-ups and resets, ensuring every space meets the brief and is ready to impress
- Coordinate events and VIP visits from planning through to delivery and close-down, bringing together hosts, catering teams and supporting workstreams for a seamless experience
- Be a visible, approachable point of contact on the floor, helping colleagues and guests with warmth, confidence and pace
- Step into reception when needed, providing flexible support and a consistently polished welcome
- Manage workplace communications through Viva and other tools, keeping colleagues informed, connected and engaged
- Deliver clear administration and meaningful operational reporting, providing the insight needed to stay ahead

You'll be a great fit if you
- Experience is not essential, but a background in workplace services, facilities, hospitality or customer service would be an advantage
- A warm, confident communication style and a natural ability to build trusted relationships
- Positive energy, personal accountability and an enthusiasm for learning and taking on responsibility
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
- Confidence using workplace systems and digital tools to communicate, track actions and close out tasks
- Genuine pride in delivering exceptional standards and making a visible difference
