Job Description
Role Purpose
To deliver a First-Class workplace experience to our internal colleagues. Helping to create and maintain a safe friendly workplace and being a reliable go-to person, liaising with all colleagues and contract partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walkarounds, logging any faults or issues for prompt resolution.
- Quality check paperwork to ensure compliance with audit and operational standards.
- Maintain clear communication by attending operational meetings and liaising with the wider team.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, promoting a safe working environment.
- Build and sustain strong, positive relationships with clients, customers, and vendors to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Ensure that all signage and artwork are on-brand and compliant, swiftly addressing any non-conformities.
- Ensure all post and deliveries are dealt with in the correct way ensuring notifications are sent.
- Conduct all new starter inductions with an orientation to the building including fire evacuation routes, showers, post room, and breakout areas.
- Management and allocations of the lockers.
- Management of suppliers when in the Cushman & Wakefield areas such as plants and coffee machines.
- Help create a one team culture sharing best practice and attending regular 10 at 10 meetings.
- To be flexible in assisting in response to customer and business needs.
- To report for work in good time and ready to commence at your rotated start time.
- Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the business.
- Integrate with the other members of the workplace team which could include working with the team at DTZ investors and our West end office team.
- Front desk cover if there is any holiday/short-term cover needed.
- Ensuring colleagues adhere to a clear desk policy including cable management and general office tidiness.
- Assisting with desk and office moves if needed.
