Location: Princess Way, Swansea, SA1 3LW
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Days: Monday to Thursday
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Break: 30 minutes unpaid
Start Date: 7th September 2026
Contract: Temporary Cover

We are currently recruiting for a professional and approachable Workplace Host to work at a corporate banking site in Swansea.

The Role

Duties will include:

  • Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, employees, and contractors
  • Assisting with general workplace and facilities enquiries
  • Ensuring reception and communal areas are presented to a high standard
  • Supporting meeting room bookings and preparation
  • Carrying out regular checks of workplace and communal areas
  • Liaising with facilities, cleaning, and maintenance teams where required
  • Reporting maintenance, health, and safety or facilities issues
  • Assisting with deliveries and general workplace requests
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • General administrative and workplace support duties as required

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in reception, front of house, hospitality, customer service, or workplace/facilities support would be advantageous
  • Professional and presentable
  • Confident communicating with people at all levels
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment
  • Able to work Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
