Boden Group are recruiting for an experienced Workplace Manager to take ownership of the workplace and facilities operation within a high-profile corporate HQ in London.
This is much more than a traditional FM role. It’s a highly visible position where you’ll be responsible for creating a workplace that people genuinely want to come into, while making sure the facilities operation behind the scenes runs seamlessly.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-suite level employees, lead the onsite workplace team and manage a range of outsourced service partners across both hard and soft FM. The role will suit someone who enjoys being front and centre, building relationships, solving problems and constantly looking at how the workplace experience can be improved.
Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day workplace and facilities operation across a busy corporate HQ
- Managing hard and soft FM services, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and service standards are consistently achieved
- Leading and developing the onsite workplace team
- Managing outsourced suppliers across areas including engineering, cleaning, security and catering/F&B
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and becoming a trusted point of contact onsite
- Managing landlord relationships, service issues and wider building matters
- Taking ownership of workplace compliance, Health & Safety and operational standards
- Identifying issues before they become problems and driving continuous improvement
- Supporting workplace events, employee engagement initiatives, moves and changes
- Managing reporting, supplier performance, purchase orders and wider commercial processes
- Creating a consistently high-quality workplace experience for employees and visitors

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
