Workplace & Facilities Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an exceptional Workplace & Facilities Manager to take ownership of the employee and visitor experience while ensuring the office operates seamlessly behind the scenes.
This is a highly visible, business-critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and loves being the go-to person. You will play a central role in creating an open, collaborative and high-performing workplace where people can do their best work.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the business, delivering a first-class experience for employees, founders, investors and visitors
- Ensure the office environment operates smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards at all times
- Manage day-to-day workplace operations, facilities and building management
- Oversee relationships with landlords, managing agents, contractors and service providers
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and workplace improvement projects
- Manage meeting rooms, visitor hospitality and executive events
- Organise team events, social initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Manage office budgets, procurement and supplier contracts
- Support office moves, workplace reconfigurations and expansion projects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and workplace policies
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions before they become problems
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the employee and visitor experience
About You
You are highly organised, naturally proactive and genuinely enjoy creating exceptional environments for others. You take ownership, pay close attention to detail and thrive in a role where no two days are the same. You will have experience within Workplace Management, Office Management, Facilities Management, Hospitality or a similar environment.

You will also bring:

- The confidence to interact with senior leadership, founders and investors
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Experience within venture capital, private equity, investment management, financial services, professional services or another high-growth business would be highly advantageous.
