About Allica Bank

Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.

Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.

Role Description

The Workplace & Office Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, professional and engaging workplace environment across Allica Bank's UK offices. Based in our London office, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of our London, Milton Keynes and Manchester locations, ensuring consistent workplace standards, excellent employee experience and effective facilities management across all sites.

Reporting to the VP of People, the role partners closely with People, IT, Finance and business leaders to ensure our offices operate efficiently, safely and in line with regulatory and health & safety requirements. This is a London-based role, requiring attendance in the London office five days per week, with regular travel to our Milton Keynes and Manchester offices.

Ultimately, the Workplace & Office Manager will ensure our workplaces support collaboration, productivity and Allica's culture while driving continuous improvements in workplace operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
