Workplace Operations & Performance Lead
We are seeking an experienced Workplace Operations & Performance Lead to join a growing workplace and facilities function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management, with experience across hard and soft FM services, combined with strong capability in MI, reporting, data analysis and performance management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational performance, producing high quality management information and using data and insight to identify risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and performance management of hard and soft FM services across the workplace environment.
- Produce accurate and insightful MI, management reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPI reporting.
- Analyse, validate and reconcile data from multiple operational and system sources.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, SLAs and operational outcomes.
- Coordinate workplace moves, churn, space changes and associated operational activity.
- Maintain governance records, action logs and performance reporting.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, FM teams and service providers to ensure actions and improvements are delivered.
- Support and optimise workplace technology and systems, including CAFM, IWMS, ServiceNow and related platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across workplace processes, reporting and systems.

Experience & Skills
We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience within Workplace Operations and/or Facilities Management.
- Strong practical understanding of both hard and soft FM services.
- Strong MI, reporting and data analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Experience developing and maintaining management information, dashboards and performance scorecards.
- Experience working with CAFM, IWMS, ServiceNow or similar workplace management systems.
- Experience coordinating workplace moves, churn or space planning activity.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Experience working within governance, performance management, and process-driven environments.

Desirable
- Business-user level experience with Power BI.
- Experience supporting process improvement or workplace system enhancements.
- Knowledge of desk booking, occupancy or workplace utilisation systems.
We are particularly interested in professionals from backgrounds including Workplace Operations, Facilities Management, FM Performance, FM MI/Reporting, Workplace Change, Moves Management and FM Systems.
