What will I be doing?

  • Global Workplace Strategy: Support a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns with our company culture and values, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all locations.
  • London HQ Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our London office, including inventory management, and access control. You’ll be the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, suppliers, and employees, delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.
  • Lead employee listening sessions to capture feedback on the workplace experience, creating actionable recommendations and overseeing improvements that increased employee engagement and office satisfaction.
  • Partner with the People Operations team to support and welcome new joiners, helping to create a positive onboarding experience and foster a strong sense of community and belonging from day one.
  • Technology Partnership: Collaborate with the Technology team to ensure the smooth functioning of desk setups, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
  • Internal Communication: Proactively communicate workplace updates and initiatives to all employees, fostering engagement and awareness.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance: Develop and maintain workplace processes, including health and safety protocols including leading our ISO accreditation for the workplace alongside our Bristol Workplace Partner, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Events: Coordinate and support office events, including client meetings, social gatherings, and DE&I celebrations.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring consistent service delivery and value.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Drive sustainability initiatives within our offices, contributing to our environmental goals.
  • Collaborate with the Bristol Workplace Partner to deliver consistent high standards across our offices.
  • Budgeting: Assist the Head of People Experience with annual budget planning and management.
  • Manage our Paris office shared work space - with the opportunity to visit too!

About You

Ideally you'll have/be:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in workplace or office management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative Relationship Building: You cultivate strong, positive relationships, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Hands-On Mentality: A practical and hands-on approach, with a willingness to tackle any task.
  • Strong Organisation: Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to create welcoming and positive experiences.
  • Event Coordination & Execution: Experience in planning and executing successful office events, ranging from small team gatherings to large-scale company celebrations.
