About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
- We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
- We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
- We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
- Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The Role
The Workplace Program Manager is responsible for leading and scaling the programs that span Legora's Workplace organization — the initiatives that help employees move faster, have a better day-to-day experience, and keep our offices running within budget as we grow into new markets. This role operates across functions and geographies, owning programs end-to-end while building the structure, processes, and tools that let the Workplace team operate consistently and at scale without slowing down.
This is a cross-functional role that requires strong program management fundamentals, independent judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. You'll work closely with the Workplace team — Managers, Coordinators, and Design/Build — to turn their vision for what a great office experience looks like into programs that are actually launched, adopted, and improving over time. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-growing environments, skilled at building clarity and alignment, and motivated by improving how the Workplace team delivers for employees globally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional Workplace programs with global scope, driving delivery from scoping through launch, ongoing operation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate deeply with Regional Workplace Managers and Workplace Managers to design programs, events and experiences that make employees' day-to-day faster and better — from travel to winter parties and physical security
- Develop and maintain program-level processes, playbooks, and operating standards that let the Workplace team deliver consistently across regions and offices
- Lead cross-functional workstreams in partnership with Real Estate, Finance, IT, and Security, ensuring Workplace priorities are clearly represented, aligned, and delivered
- Identify gaps in current programs and proactively design and launch solutions, often without an established playbook
- Build and scale tooling, workflows, and internal resources that improve team effectiveness and the consistency of the employee-facing experience
- Own the budget for programs under your management — building the business case, tracking spend against plan, and flagging drift before it becomes a problem
- Manage vendor relationships and provide direction where relevant to program delivery, ensuring alignment to Legora's standards
- Help monitor and control budget across the broader Workplace portfolio, and step in to unblock global procurement and vendor issues as they come up
- Serve as a thought partner to Workplace leadership on priorities, team capacity, and program strategy
- Communicate clearly across all levels of the organization, translating complex operational topics into guidance employees actually understand

Who You Are
- You get energy from watching an idea become something employees actually use and love
- You'd rather build the plan yourself than wait for someone to hand you a template
- You partner well — you make the Workplace team's vision better, not just execute it
- You move fast without losing sight of the budget or the details that make a program actually work
- You're motivated by impact on real people's day-to-day experience, not just ticking off a delivery date
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years designing, launching, or running employee-facing programs — workplace, people ops, program management, or a related field
- A track record of taking a program from idea to launch, including owning the budget
- Experience improving or relaunching an existing program based on data or feedback, not just building new ones
- Comfort partnering across Real Estate, Finance, IT, and Security without needing a governance structure to get things moving
- Global or multi-office experience is a plus, but not required
